• Delivery Time: 24–48 hours
• Delivery Charge: ৳80

2. Outside Dhaka

• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
• Delivery Charge: ৳150

3. Delivery Location

We deliver to available locations throughout Bangladesh through our designated courier/delivery partners. Delivery charges may vary depending on the selected district, upazila, area/sub-site, product type, or order weight.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone or other available communication methods to confirm the order and delivery details.

5. Accurate Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Name
• Mobile number
• District
• Upazila/Thana
• Area/Sub-site
• House/road details where applicable

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.

6. Delivery Delays

The estimated delivery time may be affected by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Courier delays
• Incorrect customer information
• Other circumstances beyond our control

7. Receiving Your Order

Customers should check the product carefully in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the delivery.

For visible damage, wrong product, or other issues that can reasonably be identified at delivery, customers should immediately inform the delivery person and contact TRENDI PRO.

8. After Delivery Person Leaves

Once the delivery person has left, complaints regarding visible damage, wrong product, or issues that could have been identified during delivery may not be accepted.

9. Delivery Charges for Returns

If a customer requests a return for reasons other than a confirmed mistake or defect on our side, the applicable return/delivery charge must be paid by the customer.
